At Prosecure every case is handled at founder level; its strategic responsibility is not passed down to someone else. Hasan Alsancak conducts the initial consultation, defines the scope and the investigation plan, evaluates the critical findings and signs the final report. Where necessary he takes part in field work and gives evidence in court proceedings.<\/p>\n

A team is assembled according to the nature of the case, drawing on forensic accounting, digital forensics, field research, an international correspondent network and legal counsel; every member is engaged only after a confidentiality agreement (NDA) and a conflict-of-interest check.<\/p>\n

At the rank of Superintendent (Emniyet Amiri), he served as head of the Financial Crimes, AML and Aggravated Fraud units within the Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Department (KOM). Case management decisions for financial crime and aggravated fraud files across T\u00fcrkiye were taken by these units; landmark banking operations and holding-level aggravated fraud operations were carried out during this period. Previously with the Directorate of Intelligence, and in senior assignments at the Presidency, the Prime Ministry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n
