Every application is read. With suitable candidates we first hold a short conversation, then decide together whether working together is right for both sides.

What candidates ask

Can I apply when there is no open position?
Yes. We review applications whether or not there is a posting; we keep suitable applications in our talent pool and reach out when an opening comes up in the relevant area.
Is experience required — can new graduates apply?
Because our work requires experience and confidentiality, we mostly work with experienced professionals. Even so, we keep a strong candidate pool; if your qualifications fit, new-graduate applications may also be considered.
When will I hear back, and how is my data protected?
Every application is read, and we reach out to suitable candidates for an interview. Your application data is processed only for recruitment purposes, with confidentiality and under applicable data-protection law, and is not shared outside the process.
