The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts have jurisdiction; in case of conflict, the Turkish text prevails.

Request the fillable PDF of the agreement by email; complete and sign it, then return it to info@prosecure.com.tr. If you hold a qualified electronic signature under Turkish Law No. 5070, signing the PDF with it is the strongest route.
